DNAscope Duplex Assay

Based on proven 'double-Z' probe design for rapid, flexible probe development.

Detects and qualifies gene copy number (amplifications/detections) and gene rearrangements/fusions.

Gene re-arrangements, evident by break-apart events are visualized as bright blue dots.

Chromogenic Duplex assay (red/blue) visualized using brightfield microscopy.
