Our imaging capillary isoelectric focusing (iCE) platform gives you reproducible monoclonal antibody fragmentation data. Monoclonal antibody fragmentation is an important quality control step in the manufacturing of mAbs. During this process, nonglycosylated heavy chain (NGHC), heavy chain (HC) and light chain (LC) are resolved in order to assess mAb lot-to-lot consistency.
