Chromogranin A antibody in H69AR Human Cell Line by Immunocytochemistry (ICC).

Chromogranin A in H69AR Human Cell Line.

Chromogranin A was detected in immersion fixed H69AR human small cell lung cancer cell line using Mouse Anti-Human Chromogranin A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB90981) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm. View our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Cells on Coverslips.
Chromogranin A antibody in Human Parathyroid by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P).

Chromogranin A in Human Parathyroid.

Chromogranin A was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human parathyroid using Mouse Anti-Human Chromogranin A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB90981) at 5 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to principal cells. Background: Chromogranin A

Human Chromogranin A (CHGA) an acidic protein and a member of the chromogranin/secretogranin family of neuroendocrine secretory proteins. It is located in secretory vesicles of neurons and endocrine cells such as islet beta cell secretory granules in pancreas. Chromogranin A expression has been oberserved in neuroendocrine tumors, medullary thyroid carcinoma, as well as carcinoid tumors.

FAQs for Human Chromogranin A Antibody

Showing  1 - 1 of 1 FAQ Showing All
  • Q: I have following question about antibodies against Chromogranin A. Your products list the species but canine is not included. Does it mean that the products cannot be used on canine tissues?

A: When we do not list a species, it means we have not tested an antibody to work with those samples. If we test an antibody and find that it does not work, we will list the species with a minus sign. Unfortunately, we haven't tried these abs on canine tissues and they may work, but we cannot guarantee it. If you would like to purchase one to try, you will be eligible for the Innovators Reward Program.
