MFI 的工作原理
微流成像将数字显微镜的直接成像功能与微流体的精确控制相结合。这会给您带来什么？ 高分辨率图像（85% 的取样效率）、更精确的计数和大小分析，以及样品中所有亚可见颗粒的完整形态学细节，让您充满信心地准确识别每种可能的类型——无论是蛋白质聚集体还是气泡。
当样品流过流体槽的感应区时，仪器会捕捉样品的镜像，然后分析每个镜像中的每个颗粒，生成一个有关颗粒计数、大小、透明度和形态（或形状）的数据库。镜像是实时显示的，您可以在现场进行目视检验。您还可以一次显示多个样品的结果，以便于监测稳定性和进行比较。
