An example calculation to reconstitute your vial using the Bio-Techne reconstitution calculator

  1. Enter 10 into the Desired Reconstitution Concentration box and select the correct unit (microgram/milliliter)
  2. Enter 2 into the Mass box and select the correct unit (microgram)
  3. Press calculate
  4. The Volume box will display an answer of 0.2 milliliter (200 microliters)
