RNAscope ISH Technology Automated Assays using Roche Instrumentation
Developed for both manual and automated protocols, the RNAscope in situ Hybridization Technology has also been optimized for a high throughput or an automated solution. ACD has partnered with Roche Tissue Diagnostics, to deliver RNAscope ISH automated assays.
RNAscope VS Universal HRP and AP, Duplex and BaseScope VS Assays have been developed for the Roche Tissue Diagnostics ISH & IHC Staining Platforms.
RNAscope VS Universal HRP/AP Assays
RNAscope VS Universal HRP/AP Assays
Designed for the DISCOVERY platform from Roche Tissue Diagnostics.
RNAscope VS Universal HRP assay, provides robust, reliable results; ideal for archiving when used with DAB detection.
RNAscope VS Universal AP Reagent Kit, with Fast Red, offers higher contrast over DAB, with the red dots clearly distinct against hematoxylin.
Visualize using standard bright field microscopy.
RNAscope VS Duplex Assay
RNAscope VS Duplex Assay
Designed for simultaneous in situ detection of two RNA species.
Distinguish between the two targets, Channels 1 (C1) and Channel 2 (C2).
C1 is detected using HRP, resulting in a dark brown, teal, or green signal.
C2 is detected using an AP Fast RED based reaction resulting in a red color.
Visualized with bright-field microscopy.
BaseScope VS Assay - RED
BaseScope VS Assay - RED
Automated on the DISCOVERY ULTRA Automated IHC/ISH slide staining system.
Enables the detection of short RNA target sequences and exon junctions.
Utilizing high contrast Fast Red dye, red dots may be clearly distinguished against hematoxylin staining.
Visible under standard bright-field microscopy.
