Bio-Techne is pleased to announce the launch of bio-techne.com, the future of Bio-Techne e-commerce. Our vision is to provide you, our customers, with a world class website to streamline your website browsing and purchasing experience, providing you with a centralized site where you can browse and purchase products from all our brands.
Please note that should you choose to continue ordering from the R&D Systems and Tocris websites, you may do so as normal. But we still encourage you to take a look around bio-techne.com!
Read on to find out more about what bio-techne.com means for your account, which products you can find, and a sneak peek into the website functionality we have planned for the future.
Your Account
If you are an existing R&D Systems or Tocris Bioscience customer, you will need to register on bio-techne.com. For security reasons, we were unable to transfer over your original website password. But, once you register, you will be able to login, using your original account.
One other important change if you are a US customer and wish to purchase products through bio-techne.com using a purchase order, your account will need to be set up to accept invoices from Bio-Techne Sales Corporation (BTSC). Please check with your accounts department that you are set up to receive invoices from BTSC. If you are unsure, please contact customer service at customercare.na@bio-techne.com or 800-343-7475.
European / EMEA and Canadian customers will be able to purchase using a purchase order as normal.
Bio-Techne Brands and Product Lines
R&D Systems, Tocris Bioscience and ProteinSimple branded products are available to purchase on bio-techne.com. With the exception of ProteinSimple branded instruments and Simple Plex assays, which are available to quote.
ACD branded RNA assays and probes will be added to bio-techne.com in the near future.
We will then look to integrate our Diagnostic brand products into the website.
Novus Biologicals branded products are not currently available on bio-techne.com, you can continue to browse and purchase Novus branded products on novusbio.com.
